What to do if security notifications shows up when opening a file or program?

2. METHOD (harder): Manually inside the Windows Registry
To do this correctly do EXACTLY as I do otherwise you can damage to your Windows and/or it’s content or in best case there will be no change to Windows or elsewhere! If you are not sure, do the easyer 1. Method instead.

Step 1: Left mouse button click on the Start menu button

Enter key on the keyboard.

To change the value just left mouse button click in the text area under the Step 6: Under the
